Anticipation...

In my recent In Focus II - Composition class I learned that often a message has a more powerful impact when it captures the anticipation of an event rather than the event itself - as in a kiss. In testing out my nifty Lumiquest pocket bouncer that Rod taught us about in the Flash I class, I was able to capture the anticipation of a kiss that this sweet couple was trying to sneak when they thought no one was watching...well, no one but the girl with the camera! :)

  1. Thanks for posting this picture. You really did capture the anticipation. It made me really want to look at it, and wonder what these people's relationship was about.
    Great job.

  2. Really nice. Definately makes me wonder about the couple's history. Keep that camera handy.

  3. Thanks. And I did learn they have a long history together with kids, too. My brother (who I was visiting) introduced me to them and told me he calls them "Mom and Dad", which is very special because we lost our parents from a car accident when we were kids...so the fact that he calls them that tells me that indeed they must be a special couple!
